What begins as vigilance becomes saturation. The mind outruns the body’s capacity to recover, and the body answers in the only language it has left: breath, heart, exhaustion.
I believe writing is a form of healing. When my mind spirals, putting thoughts on paper helps me release what I’m carrying. It doesn’t have to be perfect, just honest. For me, writing brings peace.
